New Customers & Referrals

New customers always get an introductory deal! Buy two services, get one of equal value for FREE. Example: Buy two days of daycare, get one free day. Referrals get rewarded, too. If your referral books two services, you get one service of equal value for FREE. Thank you!

 

Meet & Greet First

We know from experience, it's always best to do a meet and greet so we can determine if we are all a match. Contact us to schedule a time to get acquainted. Susan and the three doggy residents of Run Spot Run Seattle are excited to meet you!

 

What Dogs We Take
We care for small dogs up to 30 pounds—from 6-month-old puppies to the elderly. To ensure a safe experience for all, dogs must be non-aggressive, leash-trained, potty-trained, spayed or neutered, and have proof of vaccinations. For park playdates, Westcrest Park requires that dogs be at least 4-months-old and come when called. To ensure that all pups get attention, our sleepovers have five dogs max.

 

Scheduling Services

We love repeat customers and welcome you to customize your services. Please contact us early as we do get booked up. We are conveniently open most days of the year, including holidays. There will be a 10% surcharge on services booked on a major holiday.

 

Medications & Veterinary Information

We will administer any medication your pet needs. Please provide detailed information and be sure to fill out the Vet Release form below.

 

Areas Served

Run Spot Run Seattle offers doggy daycare and overnight stays to anyone who would like to drop off their dog at our cottage near West Seattle. For services where we come to your home such as dog walks and pet sitting, we serve areas from Alki in the North to Normandy Park in the South, and all points West of the 509.

 

Sharing How Your Pet Is Doing

We know you'll be missing your little one, so we'll share in their activities via a text message, email, or posted picture. Be sure to fill out the Pet Owner form completely so we can get in touch with you at all times.

 

Parking & Transportation Options for SeaTac

To help with your travel plans, we offer parking and shuttle options for an additional fee. We require plenty of advanced notice for this service. Please check our calendar and contact us to discuss.

 

Drop Off  & Pick Up

Drop off your dog  at our location during our business hours (7am - 7pm Pacific Time), and pick up within 24 hours. Stays going over 24 hours will incur fees for an extra day. There will be a small fee for our pick-up/delivery service with car seats and seat belt restraints; fees will depend on distance. Contact us to discuss.

 

Damages & Liability

If your dog damages the premises or furniture (not including toys), you are 100% liable for the damage, and repair costs will be be added to your bill.

 

Food Costs

All treats are free to your dog during daycare and overnights. If your dog refuses to eat the food you bring and needs to be fed by Run Spot Run Seattle, add on fees could apply. Dry grainfree kibble is free. Organic canned food is $5 per dog per day. Raw freeze-dried or frozen Stella and Chewys or Tucker is $10 per day per pet. Add on fees will be added to your bill.

 

Insurance

We're committed to earning and keeping your trust. Run Spot Run Seattle is fully bonded and insured through Kennel Pro. This offers you peace of mind as your pets and property are fully covered should anything occur on our watch.

 

Payment Terms

We take payment via cash, check, or PocketSuite. If we are taking your dog for three consecutive days or over holidays, we need a 50% deposit for those dates. All other payments are due upon the completion of services.

 

Cancellation

We require a 48-hour notice of cancellation for boarding. If you don't cancel within 48 hours, we will charge a 50% non-refundable fee.
