What People Are Saying

Thank you for delighting and flattering Run Spot Run Seattle with your kind words. (Keep 'em coming!)

Douce

Douce is actually blushing.

"Best dog slumber party ever"

"Nothing but wonderful things to say"

"Susan is the best and I can't recommend her enough"

"It's a great relief to know that our precious pup is in such good hands"

"Bono seems happier when I come home"

I feel so incredibly lucky to have found Susan to take care of my Yorkshire Terrier, Sammy!  I never worry about him when he is in Susan's extremely capable hands. To know that I have someone I can trust so completely to take care of my "baby" is just such an incredible relief.  When I pick him up from a stay at her place, I know he will be happy, healthy and content.  (And a little bit tuckered out because she completely indulges his fetch-playing addiction, which I love!)  She is so kind, caring and truly involved in getting to know your pet and meeting their needs.  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Susan and Douce (her amazing, lovable canine assistant)!

-Stacy, Sammy's Mommy

Thank you so much for all the help! Bono seems happier when I come home and knowing he's in good hands really makes our hearts lighter during the day. We will definitely recommend you to anyone who is in need.

-Jeremy & Scott, Bono's parents

I'm so glad that we were able to connect with Susan who has now cared for our two kitties on several occasions. Susan is a warm and kind hearted person who is easy to trust and her schedule has so far been quite flexible. Do not be put off by the more dog-centric business name "Run Spot Run" - Susan is very glad to pet sit for cats!

I have been taking my 5-year-old Papillon Sammie to Run Spot Run Seattle for quite a while now. I am happy to say I was Susan’s first client and I can’t say it enough how amazing she is with my puppy! Sammie loves her dogs and particularly loves her big brown dog Douce. He is so mellow and sweet and Sammie loves Douce so much he tries to copy everything he does. Its really hard to leave your animal with just anyone, let’s face it they become like children. But Susan is such a wonderful person, with such an amazing heart. When Sammie stays overnight with Susan she even lets him crawl in bed with her! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her! I give her 100 gold stars!!! I would definitely recommend trying her out!

-Madison, Whitmore, Sammie's Mommy

Susan's love for dogs doesn't stop with her own...she also has a very natural rapport with almost every dog I've seen her come in contact with. Dogs easily sense her comfort and kindness and respond in the same manner. There's no one I could imagine a better fit to work with your little furry friend.

If you are looking for a fun place for your pup to play, this is it. Susan is one of the most sensitive and caring people I have ever met and it shines through when she is interacting with dogs. She enjoys providing individual attention and making sure every one of your puppy’s needs are met.

[With Run Spot Run], we knew that we had finally found a sanctuary for our dog. It isn’t a trek out of the city so drop off and pick up is easy. There is plenty of space for the dogs to roam in her fenced yard. Susan is a gem and readily took on our feeding routine so there were no changes to his diet.  We returned home to a happy and healthy dog. Thank you Susan, for being so much more than the usual dog boarding experience. We are grateful for your expertise and commitment to our dog in our absence.

-Sallie-Jo Wall, Jose's Momma

Susan has a wonderful yard, her living room is set up for the best dog slumber party ever, with toys and beds and everything a pooch could want. She is a dog whisperer who can figure out how to make all the dogs she cares for get along and play together beautifully -- I don't know how she does it! Bottom line: Susan is one of those people who might actually love your best friend as much as you do, and really, that means everything.
